Cranberry Lemon with Apple Cider Vinegar

This mix is something I always have in my fridge. I try to drink one glass everyday for the health benefits. The best thing is that the apple cider vinegar gives it a but of fizz and you don’t taste the vinegar. It tastes like cranberry cocktail, and over ice, it’s a really nice alternative to a sugary drink.

1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
liquid stevia to taste

This is a concentrated mix that you keep in your fridge. I add about 1/4 cup of this mix to 1 1/2 cups of water and then a few drops of stevia to sweeten it.

I find the liquid stevia works best in this. In general, I find stevia is best for sweetening fruity things. It actually tastes like sugar in this drink and doesn’t have an aftertaste.

I love the addition of cranberry. Cranberries are loaded with antioxidants. They also are beneficial to urinary tract, digestive, and heart health.

Since I drink this everyday, I use a straw because the acid from the lemon and apple cider vinegar aren’t great for your teeth.
